Multi-Splice Lock Connectors
The mechanical, multi-splice is used to connect two rail sections together, and is one of the most versatile splice locks on the market. This series works with all pipe and tube sizes with an I.D. ranging from 1.26” through 1.61”, including the five most popular handrail sizes: 1-1/2” O.D. 11 gauge, 1-1/2” O.D. 16 gauge, 1-1/4” Sch 40, 1-1/4” Sch 10 and 1-1/2” Sch 40.
The single multi-splice can be used in expansion joints, while the double splice locks are used for non-expandable joints.
Available for Tube Sizes: 1-1/2" O.D. in 11 & 16 Ga.

Welding Connectors
Welding connectors save on welding and grinding time. They align the pipe and hold an 1/8" gap for ease of use.

Dowels
Dowels are 3" in length and can be used at expansion joints in pipe rails by welding one end and using an epoxy glue on the other end. To create an expansion joint, weld only one end.

Serrated Aluminum Dowels
Serrated aluminum dowels are 5" in length and are to be used with a structural adhesive to connect rails. To create an expansion joint, use adhesive on one end only.
