Sharpe Products offers the largest selection of stock bends, from economy formed elbows (with a seam) to mandrel bent elbows that have no visible seam. Our stock elbows range in size from 1” to 3-1/2” O.D. and are available in steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
The stainless 1-1/4” pipe, 1-1/2” tube elbows are bent with pre-polished #4 satin finish and may require some touch up. All other elbows are supplied with a mill finish. Elbows are available in 316/316L. To order, add a (-316) after the 304 stainless steel part number. For example (6225-316). These elbows are custom made and are quoted on a per project basis. Please request a quote for pricing and lead times, specifying the pipe or tube size, centerline radius, degree of bend and tangent dimensions. As these parts are cut from our stock 180º elbows, and may add an extra day to ship.
